it's hard to see a good company, it's also very hard to see a company with such a bad management/structure...
a manager, who has no one to manage, was managed by his boss, that he even has to consult his boss how should he reply a simple point in an email... the manager was so enthusiasm of his idea but his boss shouted "just reply 'noted'! why bother?"
while email... doesn't truly mean email... i was so surprised how little emails they received... because they ignore the function of email... that they don't key in any point and message in the body... they only attached a doc file... they use email like a fax machine...
that doc file... it's a document... what can i say? it includes all the correspondence that all the employee have with their clients... why they don't use their own email to do so? why they conclude everything in one even all of them are not related to one another?
I guess... the boss up above does not want the employee to cc them their correspondence to make their mailbox with over 50 new messages a day, also they're afraid the employee do not cc them and make lots of mistakes. so, no one can use email except the boss...
Besides, the boss does not want to read the word file too, so the boss has everyone on a meeting regularly. The employee has to report to the boss what was going on and how they will reply according to the doc file. the boss also does not want to type the doc file himself, so the boss has his secretary to jot down all the points and create the word file...
